About Us
We are a small group of private landlords who own commercial properties in Penwortham Lancashire and collectively use this website to market them. As we each hold independent relationships with our tenants, and those considering renting our properties, the ‘Penwortham Properties’ entity, including this website, is solely used for marketing purposes and is not a trading business itself.
Our Properties
The premises we own have been used for a wide variety of businesses including those in retail, hospitality, healthcare and for office purposes. As landlords we want our tenants’ businesses to succeed and always try to do what we can to help them. This approach also applies to prospective tenants, who we are very happy to discuss ideas with, and can even offer planning and design services to help support this process.
